The person of interest who was mentioned with regard to the hit and run has been identified.

Cranbrook RCMP is still looking for the pick-up truck involved in the hit and run.
Anyone who might have information with regard to this incident is asked to contact the local office at 250-489-3471. The public is also advised they can remain completely anonymous by calling a tip into Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
