2023-03-27 13:50 HAP
The Sea to Sky RCMP are inviting people to attend in person or virtually, to the first of four Community Town Hall meetings tonight, 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Brennan Park.
Inspector Robert Dykstra will provide a short overview of current policing operations and strategic priorities. The central purpose of the meeting however, is to hear from community about identifying, determining, aligning, and collaborating to develop and action shared goals.
Things Sea to Sky RCMP want to learn more about from community:
- What does policing mean to you?
- What expectations do you have of police officers and policing in your community?
- How does your community want to be policed?
- What are the greatest challenges facing our community and what role should the police have in addressing them?
