One person arrested in property crime, now facing drug offence charge

Since the beginning of May, Fort St James RCMP has seen a rise in property crime offences. Through investigation two people have been arrested in connection with the numerous investigations. See original release.
One man, a 32-year-old Fort St James man has been arrested in connection with the recent property crimes. Subsequent to the arrest and during the search, police found suspected cocaine packaged consistent with drug trafficking.
The man was later released for a court appearance in August 2023.
