Richmond RCMP City Centre Police Office welcoming the public as part of Doors Open Richmond 2022.

Richmond RCMP is pleased to take part in the 15th annual Doors Open Richmond June 4 and 5, 2022. For this year’s event, Richmond RCMP will be hosting the public at the City Centre Police Office (CPO), which started offering front counter services to the public on April 1, 2022.

Participating in this event is extremely important to us. We recognize a lot of people have never met a police officer in person or seen the inside of a police vehicle, says Corporal Adriana O’Malley, Richmond RCMP Media Relations Officer, This is an opportunity for the public ask any questions they may have and get to know some of our staff and volunteers.

Doors Open Richmond is presented annually by the Richmond Museum. After two years being fully on-line, Richmond RCMP looks forward to welcoming people in-person to our CPO.

Richmond RCMP officers, along with Richmond RCMP volunteers, will be set-up in front of the CPO with a wide range of activities and information, including:

We will also have a variety of police vehicles on hand to view and our spin the safety wheel for kids to test their safety knowledge and receive a prize.

Richmond RCMP City Centre CPO is located 6931 Granville Ave. Doors Open Richmond will take place on two dates:

Come and see our newest facility while enjoying a fun filled, informative event for all ages.
