On Monday, October 31, at around 8:30 a.m., Burnaby RCMP attended the 8700-block of Government Street in response to a report of three demonstrators in tents near a Trans Mountain worksite. It was determined that the demonstrators were inside the injunction area and impeding work.

The three individuals, two female and one male, refused to leave the area and were arrested for Criminal Contempt of Court. They were released on site to appear in court at a later date.
