PSD Hamer assists in arresting wanted 22-year-old man

On April 20, 2023, the Fort St John RCMP requested the assistance of the public in locating a 22-year-old man wanted for Sexual Assault, Sexual Interference, Make/Publish Child Pornography, Possess Child Pornography, as well as Breach of Release Order.

On April 25, 2023, the man was reported to be at a residence in Dawson Creek. Dawson Creek RCMP attended and the man fled from police.

With the assistance of the Police Service Dog, Hamer, the Dawson Creek RCMP located and arrested the man on his warrants.

The man remains in police custody being held for court.
