Stephane Souliere of Quebec has been charged in connection with the New Years Day residential break and enter that took place in the 3800 block of Gordon Drive. Mr. Souliere remains in custody and charges have been approved for break and enter with intent to commit an offence and for forcible entry by the BC Prosecution Service.
