The RCMP wishes to thank the communities of Maple Ridge, Pitt Meadows, Coquitlam and the greater public for their outpouring of support and kindness as we honoured Constable O’Brien, who was killed in the line of duty on Friday, September 22 in Coquitlam, British Columbia.

We would like to thank the over 5,000 individuals who attended Cst. O’Brien’s funeral. We are grateful to the many members from RCMP detachments, units, law enforcement agencies and first responders who marched in the final funeral procession.
